Experience of You [XOU] is an Experiential Advising program for those of you seeking personal and professional expansion through a structured exploration of your intersectional identity. XOU uses guided advising sessions to determine and integrate a set of daily practices tailored to your transformation. Through these practices you will become more grounded, confident in your purpose and adaptable to the professional and emotional upheavals of the 2020s.

Through XOU you will see yourself - not just look at yourself. You will hear yourself through the noise. You will be able to lead and support others. You will stop being what the world told you to be and start being what you want to be.
